• Control daily HR activities, including as hiring, orientation, relations with employees, payroll, benefits, and compliance.
• Participate in the strategic design, execution, and administration of HR policies and procedures.
• implement unique HR projects and strategic HR initiatives. Support programs for employee engagement and development by working with management.
• serve as a mediator between management and workers to settle worker-employer conflict.
• Participate in HR initiatives like performance management, organizational development, and surveys of employee satisfaction.
• To make sure HR efforts are in line with company goals and values, collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure that HR reports and records are correct.

Candidate's bio
• a minimum of 02 years' experience in HR.
• understanding of Sri Lankan labor rules and regulations.
• demonstrated capacity for discrete handling of private and sensitive information.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems and possess at least 1-2 years of HR-related expertise

Salary Rs. 100000- Rs.120000
