Responsibilities

  • Proactively work with fellow associates and cross functional teams to ensure the front desk activities run smoothly.
  • To be responsible for all packages/deliveries from vendors/customers and that it is handled as per company policy.
  • Manage visitors to MAST in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Manage the in coming telephone calls and assist associates when necessary, with outgoing calls.
  • Maintain routine clerical records, logs and data and compile routine reports.
  • Coordinate medical claim related activities with associates & insurance provider.

 

Qualifications

  • A’ Level qualified & Diploma or equivalent qualifications in a related field 
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • 5-6 years experience in handling the front desk
  • Able to work independently in a dynamic environment
  • High proficiency in written & spoken English
  • Well organized, analytical, accurate with attention to details
