Job Profile

  • Be responsible for work planning and facilitation of key deliverables related to activities that supports process between the sales force and the end consumer
  • Formulate sales acquisition processes to target market segments while looking at increasing of productivity improvements
  • Ensure sales process from sourcing of applications to approval is optimized and actioned properly to achieve desired results
  • Monitor accuracy and efficiency of reports and other intelligence essential to the sales unit  and recommend revisions and continuous improvement of such reports
  • Ensure the acquisition marketing investments are made to achieve sustainable results
  • Proactively identify process improvement opportunities and work closely with sales managers to inspect sales process quality and prioritize opportunities for improvement
  • Assist  sales managers to understand process bottlenecks/inconsistencies and facilitate/organize of continuous process improvement
  • Work closely with other departments of the Bank and other organizations outside the Bank to ensure sales effectiveness and efficiencies
  • Manage, motivate, guide and train all staff within the sales division and closely work with recruitment/Training units to implement and continue an effective training platform for all agents
  • Will be responsible to set up, pay and monitor incentive programs for all channels in an effectively and timely manner
  • Liaise with HR department with regards to “Nations Sales Academy” recruitments and other adhoc recruitments whilst ensuring a smooth distribution/engagement until resignation.

  • Should be a good communicator with strong persuasion capability along with very strong interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional in Planning, process implementation and people development & motivational skills

Experience & Qualifications

  • 7 years experience in Sales with hands on experience in sales management and administration
  • Out of which a minimum of 2 years should be at Executive level
  • A full/part qualification in Banking/ CIMA/CIM/ACCA/ACA/SLIM/ Degree from a recognized University
