Senior HR Administrator and Recruiter
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
As Senior HR Administrator:
- Oversees the daily workflow of the department.
- Leads, directs, coordinates, and implements policies and processes to support the organizations human resource compliance and activities.
- Handles the entire life cycle of the employee from Job Offer to Separation.
- Conducts employee orientation and on-boarding.
- Acts as a single point of contact on all concerns related to company policies, compensation, activities, promotions, and compliance with legal laws.
- Leads the creation and implementation of staff engagement/training programs to promote organization culture.
- Collaborates with the HR Manager and senior leadership to understand the organizations goals and strategy.
- Conducts research and analysis of organizational trends best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies and applies this knowledge to communicate changes in policy, practice, and resources to the management.
- Monitors and ensures the organization’s compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices.
- Listens to employee concerns, handle investigation of employee issues and conflicts, and conduct proper disciplinary procedures.
- Keeps confidential files and employee records by developing a filing and retrieval system.
- Communicates and maintains trust relationships within the organization and nurtures a positive working environment.
- Serves as a public speaker and public relations representative of the company.
As Senior Recruiter:
- Successfully develops solid recruiting strategies to reach the top talent.
- Manage end-to-end recruiting processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding for all levels of positions,
- Coordinates with Human Resources, Hiring Department, and with the Client to have a good understanding of the roles and its requirements.
- Identifies recruiting sources and networks.
- Places and advertises vacancies appropriately using a wide range of social media networks and job ad boards.
- Interviews prospective candidates via phone, MS Teams, WhatsApp, or in-person to assess skill set, work history, salary, and availability.
- Ensures a positive and efficient experience for all candidates, from initial contact through the offer process.
- Networks with other employers and employees within the same industry by attending conferences, job fairs, seminars, forums, etc. to gain access to the widest possible pool of candidates.
- Ensures that all recruiting practices comply with local, federal, and state regulations.
- Prepares daily and weekly report for the planning of new recruiting strategies.
- Willing to take on new responsibilities as may be assigned by the management.
