Job Role
Represent their Business Stream(s) within IT
A good understanding of related development projects underway and their likely impact upon business services
Responsible to continuously monitor service performance and liaise regularly with technical teams
Should ensure that required service level agreements and support processes are properly in place
Expected to manage multi-disciplined problem investigation and resolution
Developing and maintaining ITIL Service Management processes and procedures
Strategies and campaigns
Personal Attributes and skills
• Good Communication Skills
• Ability to work as a team
