Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Telemarketing Manager to lead our telemarketing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in telemarketing, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive sales through effective communication and strategy development.



Experience Level: 5+ years


Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement telemarketing strategies to achieve sales targets.
 - Manage and mentor a team of telemarketers, providing training and support to enhance performance.
 - Monitor and analyze team performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
 - Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective scripts and promotional materials.
 - Conduct regular team meetings to discuss goals, challenges, and successes.
 - Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
 - Prepare reports on telemarketing activities and present findings to senior management.

Qualifications:


 - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
 - Minimum of 5 years of experience in telemarketing or sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
 - Strong leadership and team management skills.
 - Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 - Proficient in CRM software and telemarketing tools.
 - Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
 - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
